Hepatitis C in Primary Care and Drug and Alcohol Settings
The education program is designed to strengthen the capacity of healthcare practitioners to effectively manage patients with hepatitis C in their setting. This program is for general practitioners, OST prescribers, nurses, social workers and psychiatrists who are working in addiction centres or with people who use drugs.
The program is delivered in three parts:
1. Online learning modules – establish a strong foundation of knowledge about hepatitis C diagnosis and treatment.
2. Face-to-face workshop – put your knowledge into practice at an interactive workshop, led by local hepatitis C experts. Workshops are free to attend, lunch and refreshments will be provided.
3. Resources – download a tailored toolkit to consolidate learning.
