Hepatitis C in Primary Care and Drug and Alcohol Settings
The education program is designed to strengthen the capacity of healthcare practitioners to effectively manage patients with hepatitis C in their setting. This program is for general practitioners, OST prescribers, nurse prescribers, pharmacist prescribers and other clinicians who see patients who use drugs.
The program is delivered in three parts:
1. Online learning modules – establish a strong foundation of knowledge about hepatitis C diagnosis and treatment.
2. Face-to-face workshop – put your knowledge into practice at an interactive workshop, led by local hepatitis C experts. Workshops are free to attend, lunch and refreshments will be provided.
3. Resources – download a tailored toolkit to consolidate learning.
